to the traditional market value appraisals for financing, our
appraisal practice includes appraisals for insurable value,
investment value and partial interests such as conservation
easements. We also offer appraisal and representation services
to buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, and industrial
properties.

appraisals, analysis, market studies, or other appropriate services
to assist in dispute resolution. When necessary, we are available
