throughout Michigan. Kern G. Slucter, MAI, ASA (principal
and founder) has over 30 years experience in the real estate,
appraisal and the construction industry.
We have experience with a wide variety
of real estate properties and the challenges they present.
In addition to the traditional market value appraisals for
financing, our appraisal practice includes appraisals for
insurable value, investment value and partial interests
such as conservation easements. We also offer appraisal
and representation services to buyers and sellers of residential,
commercial, and industrial properties.
If real estate is a part of a dispute,
we will provide unbiased appraisals, analysis, market studies,
or other appropriate services to assist in dispute resolution.
When necessary, we are available for expert testimony. Our
expertise has been recognized in both the state and federal
courts.
